Commissions are custom-made garments created specifically for you. Once you have entered into a consultation and we have begun work on your project, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation after work has commenced may result in additional charges to cover materials and labor already invested. Full payment is due before delivery of your garment.
7. Alterations After Delivery
We offer complementary alterations after your final fitting if adjustments are needed before delivery. After delivery and collection, if further alterations are required due to natural wear or changes, we offer professional alteration services at competitive rates.
